What payment methods can I use online?
We offer a wide range of payment methods at Designstuff:
. Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
. Paypal
. Afterpay (Buy now, Pay later)
. Apple Pay
. Google Pay

I have not received my order confirmation
Very occasionally our order confirmation emails may go to your Junk Email folder, please check here first. It may also be possible that you have entered your email address incorrectly or our order confirmation email has been blocked by a firewall on your email. Please email us at care@designstuff.com or call (03) 8598 9700 and we will investigate this for you. If an order is accidentally processed more than once or there are any issues with payment and you are unaware of the situation, this will be flagged by our team, and we will reach out to you.

When will my order be dispatched
Standard delivery orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days.   Express orders are dispatched on the same business day if we receive your order before 2 pm AEST.  Click and Collect orders have a turnaround period of 4 hours within the hours 8am – 4pm (orders after 12pm will be ready for pick up the following day

Do you offer trade discounts?
We offer a wide range of furniture, homewares and design products to suit commercial or residential spaces. We also offer discounts to all Designers, Stylists, Architects + other Industry Professionals with a Trade Account.
